Assist Basiofon Academy with educational YouTube video production and short-form content repurposing.
Basiofon Academy provides the educational content, slides, voice/audio and required visual materials. Volunteers are primarily responsible for editing and production rather than independently creating academic content.
A reliable beginner or intermediate video editor who wants practical experience working on real educational content.
Approximately 5–10 hrs per week, depending on assigned workload.
Active video production volunteers may receive monthly data support, subject to continued participation, workload and programme needs. This is volunteer support and is not a salary or employment guarantee.

Support the publication and distribution of content supplied by Basiofon Enterprise and Basiofon Academy.
This is primarily an execution and distribution role. Basiofon provides the core content and strategy — the volunteer is not expected to independently develop the entire content strategy.
Organized, reliable, responsive and comfortable using social media platforms.
Approximately 3–6 hrs per week, depending on assigned workload.
A modest monthly data support may be provided depending on workload and programme needs.

Assist with basic communication and engagement in Basiofon Academy and Basiofon Enterprise communities.
Community volunteers are not expected to teach classes, provide academic answers or replace the tutor.
Friendly, dependable and consistent communicators who enjoy supporting learners.
Approximately 2–4 hrs per week, depending on assigned workload.
Community volunteers may receive approximately 1GB monthly data support while actively participating.

The programme is primarily a volunteer experience and does not provide a salary. Certain active production volunteers may receive limited support such as data assistance based on their role, workload and programme needs.
Volunteer appointments may run for up to six months. An initial formal performance review is conducted after approximately 60 days.
Depending on performance and programme needs, a volunteer may continue, enter an improvement period, be suspended, be discontinued, receive greater responsibility or be recommended for internship opportunities.
Yes. Outstanding volunteers may be considered for internship opportunities before completing the full volunteer appointment.
No. Opportunities are based on performance, available positions and organisational needs.
No. Some volunteer roles are open to qualified applicants regardless of DCCP participation. However, completing relevant Basiofon courses may strengthen your preparation for certain roles.
Selected active volunteers may receive limited monthly data support depending on role, workload and programme needs.
Volunteers who successfully complete an approved period of active service and meet the programme requirements may receive a Certificate of Service. Outstanding contribution may be recognized before the end of the full volunteer appointment.
Yes. Many volunteer roles are designed to support remote collaboration.
